"Stayed for one night. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Tea and coffee in the room. Shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Gym room on 1st floor and water cooler on the floor too. Free parking. Would stay again."

"I have stayed here before and it is one of the few hotels in Plymouth that has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, a hairdryer and iron. There are also flavored water and apples available in the lobby every day for guests. The staff is always lovely. It is very close to the mall, food and the Barbican. ..."

"Clean but rather dated room, comfy bed. This is a beautiful Victorian building that just could do with some updating. Very friendly staff at breakfast. No shampoo/ conditioner provided just hand and body wash (I think as there were no labels saying what the product was!)"
